Recruiting the east coast is important. Some great talent coming out of the mid atlantic states such as Virginia, Maryland, and the DC metro area. This combined with New Jersey's resurgence as a recruiting hotbed, Philadelphia's production of some top prospects, and the ability to pull some good players from underscouted New York City and New England.
98 D Griffin Luce looks to be one of the top prospects to come out of the New Englan Prep School circuit which Michigan has been recruiting hard lately with Boo Nieves being a prime example. Huge defenseman at 6'2 and still growing, projected to be a first round OHL draft pick.

No, he will take atleast a season, probably more to season at Michigan before he is ready for the pros. Really excited for what he can bring to the table, easily one of the top 3 incoming college recruits along with fellow incoming recruit Michael Downing being top 5 also expected to be picked in the 2nd round. Highly touted incoming class, even by Michigan's standards.

I don't know why some of you are cowering behind your computer screens about the SEC...Besides Bama and LSU, i fear no other team in the SEC, i know its only been 1 game but the conference did not look dominant as a whole...Can you really tell me we would get killed by Florida or Auburn ? I believe games against the 2nd tier such as Arkansas and SCAR would be very competitive...
