02/05/2010 - 11:48am Great article Brian

At least there is somebody out there who will take it to those guys that just want the headline to be about them. I'm afraid we will never see the end of Drew Sharp unless people stop going to the freep or listening to whatever he wants to say to get a rise out of people.

Be ready for his next positive article so he can qualify his arguments with his next 10 articles that are negative..................to tell us he does have positive things to write about UM. Sure Drew.......................

11/30/2009 - 2:04pm Yes he will

..........................

10/22/2009 - 10:44am ironic

if you think about the incident that happened with McFarlin.

10/10/2009 - 3:03pm Sounds like you can't tolerate pain

Did it to both of mine and was going full strength 6 months on one and 10 on the other. SOunds like you just couldn't stand the pain, I was putting pressure on my knee the same day of the surgery wuss.

10/10/2009 - 3:02pm Got what he desevred

he will be able to play again.

07/28/2009 - 11:14am Is that better?

Guess you must of already knew.

07/28/2009 - 11:12am Just wanted you to see how you felt about RR doing it

and then realize it was Bo who actually did it. I bet some were like what the hell and then to see it was Bo doing it made it ok, imo.

07/28/2009 - 10:54am Are you always on?

Geez it is fantasy football and he only got 30 days in jail.

Maybe you think about Mike Valenti too much and should start listening to wtka.

Don't really understand the crush some UM fans have for him....

Proly been on here longer then you btw.

07/27/2009 - 4:10pm Lead Foot Stallworth

Yeah I know it is kinda harsh, but is true?

06/24/2009 - 11:00pm In the rivals article

it also said that other coaches were on him about how Fat Charlie wouldn't be there much longer. Didn't say he thought about it much, but why mention it.

He also hadn't told ND yet or been in contact with Charlie in awhile, which was suprising with how highly he is rated.

06/23/2009 - 2:08pm These are his first two recruiting classes with only

a half year for the first one. I would wait to make a full judgement on the way he recruits over the next few years because I think it will be different than the first two. Just saying it is easier to look at Carr and how he recruited here over his long career, than a year and a half for RR.

06/22/2009 - 11:49am In a chat last night

a mod did confirm with UM that Fitz has indeed qualified as he has been saying. JT is right there with his Ohio test and Gallon is the biggest concern right now, but only needs 1 point on his ACT and he is in, FYI.

06/21/2009 - 7:14pm best I could find

06/21/2009 - 5:33pm "these type of post"

Been on here awhile it is always funny when you just put something out there for fun so people can kick it around and discuss. People on boards sometimes get so serious and caught up in what they read on the internet, it is funny.

I think Fitz will leave his mark on UM and believe he will go on to the NFL. They are Michigan last time I checked and put good players in the NFL. Not like I'm saying a two star guy with a horrible film is going to Grand Valley and on to the NFL.

Just looking at his video and the tons of others every day, he stood out more to me than any other guy, IMO. Sure you can have a different opinion, say it. I'm making a guess cause I like him. Guess we should all fall in line and never try and spot the guys who you think could be amazing.

Sure he hasn't played yet, I know that. On a $ board though it did say he was telling others he qualified, fyi.

06/19/2009 - 12:14pm Nice to see Fitz telling

people he has qualified if it is true. I really think he will be very special. Now we just need to hear the good news from the coaches on him and Gallon to be totally sure they will both make it.

06/18/2009 - 5:10pm No

No. I like Ben Gordon but that seems like to big of a contract for his play. Although Joe D did take Darko over numerous other stars. I like Joe D, but that was still a pretty bad pick with so much talent in that year in the draft.

06/18/2009 - 3:49pm Good luck to him

He is still young enough to get out of his situation hopefully people will helop him through it and not shy away.

06/17/2009 - 11:21am He shouldn't of waited so long I guess

It is nice to see how recruiting changes over the course of a year with a new staff. Better get on board now or be left in the dust, except for any top 100 guys. There is always room for them.

06/17/2009 - 10:58am The thing about how Gardner runs is that

it is a lot like Pryor (sorry but they have the same body type) in that they take long strides and it makes them look like they are running slower than a small guy who runs just as fast. Gardner is very fast and all the times and camp showings are more than proving it, even if it may not look like if when watching.

I do also worry about him carrying the ball out there and making sure to switch the ball to the outside hand on some of the runs. I think RR will be able to help and he still has plenty of time to get better over the next two years.

I was one of the people who thought Tate would be the starter as long as he was here and healthy, but the more I hear and see of Gardner and his amazing abilities it makes me wonder.

It is great to see RR start to stack up the talent at QB and other positions, it will pay off soon

06/13/2009 - 11:45am Burning the red shirt positives

Brian makes the case that he doesn't want Fitz to burn a redshirt, I have to disagree with that. He needs to be out there if he can prove he belongs, like I think he will. RR needs to win this year and having him out there ready to play really increases the chances of UM winning, IMO.

Also not burning the red shirt should help us in the long run with recruiting. I can see RR telling recruits that he was true to his word and let Fitz play because he worked hard and earned it. This will build the trust between the recruit and also make coming to UM that more inviting because as highly rated players go, they all believe they can prove themselves and play as a freshmen no matter who is there. At least the really good ones do.

This is just my two cents on it, just take the track record of the backs Michigan has had the past few years and there always seems to be a few injuries that put them on the sidelines for a few games. With McGuffie gone Fitz will have to play this season because the injuries will happen.

You never know it could be a Smith and Fitz running the back field by the end of the year. I really hope not though and would be very suprised as I think Minor is going to blow up, IF he can stay healthy.

06/06/2009 - 2:43pm Caption

Holtz: I hope thissss pen is water pooooooof.

06/04/2009 - 12:15am Amen

to that

06/03/2009 - 10:00am It's funny because many of the reports

from very good insiders that I read say Cox was looking very good in workouts and one of the better backs at catching the ball and turning up field.

Like others on here have already pointed out, look at RR's past and how he has used big backs.

The more I hear of GBMW and what is on the blog, the less I think of their insider info and opinion. Maybe he does go to defense someday, but I would like to make a bet with them and I'll go with him sticking to offense based off of everything I've heard this spring.

Would be nice if you could make posters of whoever on the interwebs put their money where their mouth is to back some of the things they put out there.

06/03/2009 - 9:49am Yeah letting those weak goals in

by MAF wasn't a reason at all right?

05/31/2009 - 11:22pm It's times like this I'm glad I have rivals

Don't lose to much sleep over this fyi.

05/31/2009 - 6:37pm Gotta love

the glass house and how people so quickly forget the fab 5.

Violations or not, just beat them RR.

05/25/2009 - 7:31pm Exactly

.

05/25/2009 - 7:27pm What is up with the picture?

A guy takes a still picture of the Detroit Fox Sports feed, and then wants credit for it because 97.1 put it up? I understand giving people credit for their work, BUT really how hard is it to take a picture off the TV?

Maybe it's just me? Just sounds like crying over spilled milk.

Glad to see the recruits JB is going after are also seeing their ranks get better and better. I really hope and think the same will happen with many of the recruits that RR has gone after and are three stars at this point.

05/19/2009 - 11:46am Damn you Corwin Brown

If we are ever able to add him to the staff or get him out of the Midwest (highly doubtful), it will be a great day.

05/13/2009 - 3:16pm Lawyer Team

Keller has retained says these guys are "pretty big time" and that if they "didn't think this suit had merit, they wouldn't be wasting their time on it."

I'm sure EA will have a team that can get down to business as well. With so much money at ri$k they may even have to go to Jackie Chiles.

05/12/2009 - 1:28pm Ha! I've blew out

both of my knees like Charlie and even was caught in a boat prop once, that is hilarious and makes me cringe every time.

Nice work little cat.

05/06/2009 - 2:47pm Agree

Great site but in the scheme of all things it is a sports blog. Doesn't need to turn into a thread like this, ban hammer and he's gone. He came here to troll and that should be the end of the story.

05/04/2009 - 8:47pm ^^Way too much time on your hands^^

And you call them stupid for not buying the game because EA has been selling the same repackaged football games for years and players still eat it up because their is no competition to push them?

05/01/2009 - 2:25pm Yeah this post is a

FAIL.

05/01/2009 - 11:08am Great posts, only one I take issue with is

7) Thank you for solidifying MI's presence in the south

Maybe your talking about the new regime and continuing to feed off the past success of UM in the South and not letting it go anywhere?

RR has always had a good presence down there so I expected him to do as well as he has done especially with a block M in the living room.

05/01/2009 - 11:00am Wrong

There has been recent news about both Gallon and Toussaint and that they are coming along in a positive way with qualifying and that the coaches expect them there in the fall.

He will also not be a CB, he said that he was coming here to play inside slot.

If you look at the WRs for the class there really isn't that many inside slot guys and there will probably be at least one WR to go on the other side and it won't be Dileo.

You do make a good point about the pad level though Rod.

05/01/2009 - 10:33am Same was said and thought about Welker

when he was coming out of school. Oh that's right you knew he was gonna be that good, sorry Ms. Cleo.

05/01/2009 - 10:30am You missed the whole point................

What color he is doesn't have anything to do with it. Both were great kick returners, played DB, inside slot guys, and 5'9 175 coming out of high school.

Guess they didn't have anything in common, you're right. Or should I say he is more like Eddie Royal, is that better now? Cause he is BLACK, right....................

05/01/2009 - 12:36am Wes Welker didn't have one

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wes_Welker#High_school_career

Seems like Delio has the same kind of high school career and size as Welker did.

Maybe other teams have yet to discover him. So glad you've gone and been able to see the kid first hand and know what he is all about. I'm sure your not just basing this off of finding on the interwebs.....

Gotta love the arm chair UM recruiters these days, too funny.

It will be fun to see people change their tunes once his stock starts to rise and RR proves he can take these guys (that fit his mold) and make them into one hell of a team.

04/27/2009 - 3:15pm We just had one of the worst seasons ever

I could care less about the schedule. Let's just hope RR can get this team going, then I'll bitch about who they play.

04/26/2009 - 10:43am Based off of what? The 5 minute highlight reel you checked out?

Gottat love when somebody who isn't around these players or at the games says something way different than the scouts.

04/24/2009 - 7:08pm Might want to add a space or two in your post

.

04/23/2009 - 9:17pm No Yakety Sax Walkin?

That would be a crime

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fRHE-4XLqD4&feature=related

04/19/2009 - 7:56pm Wow Tater

an actual post I can agree on with.

"Anything is POSSIBLE!!!"

04/04/2009 - 11:10pm You calling somebody "full of themself"?

That just made my day, too funny.

04/01/2009 - 6:41pm San Fran

is where he lands.

04/01/2009 - 1:48pm thanks

I wonder if a guy leaving would help or hurt UM with their recruiting class already full and a few recruits that still liked UM a lot. Can't name them off the top of my head but I know there are a few that were pretty good.

03/31/2009 - 6:32pm 238lbs?

I think that is what one of Big Wills legs weighs. Will be fun to see him eat Pryor up.

03/30/2009 - 1:55pm Could also being taking from Rivals

as a few of the posters and Mods "have an in" and are able to give a briefing of what they see at the practices during the times they are able to be there.

03/27/2009 - 8:08pm Bball transfer?

heard a rumor on another board that there may be a scholly player transfering. Just wondered if anybody else had heard anything?
