Harbor is a decent player. But idk if he's a must land, if he was more dedicated to football maybe. Harbor clearly favors track over football those guys don't do well at Michigan. This is why Cade should start. JH and company build offenses like an onion just keep adding more layers. With Cade at QB the coaches have the ability to open up the playbook even more because of how long Cade has been working in the system you can add more and more layers. JJ starts and they have to simplify the offense and bring him on slowing. Cade's been working in the system much longer.

It's all about style of play. Michigan defense is step up to defend what Washington does. Washington defense is not set up to face what Michigan does.
