I think a wrap around enclosure, between the boxes and the endzone scoreboards would enhance the crowd noise better. Could add some digital boards to them as well. Make the stadium feel more walled-in and imposing as well.
What's the deal with Norfleet not catching the damn ball on punts? Even a fair catch will save us plenty of yards. All afternoon, and through the first 3 games, I've watched every punt go bouncing down the field, resulting in 15plus yards lost on every change of possession. All I ask is that he wave his freakin' arm and catch the ball where it falls. His job is to catch the ball, isn't it?!
Forget the percentages and all that jazz...Here's my breakdown. 3 TO's inside the red zone
- 21 points Gardner pick 6 +7 for da Zips. = 28 point difference. Take away the take aways and you get a likely 2 or 3 touchdown victory. Stll no excuse for the D to let Akron march down the field all day.
