Date Title Body
12/03/2010 - 5:06pm No, Luda Christ

Jesus's daughter according to the Da Vinci Code.

11/28/2010 - 1:55pm Denard had injury and turnover problems the latter half

And the opposing defenses played up and forced him to pass, whereupon the receivers started dropping more balls.

Still had good production nonetheless.

I am not worried, and expect big things from the O.  Injuries healed, more practice and generally a year older spells big yards.

11/27/2010 - 4:41pm I keep waiting for the team to put it all together.

I hope we do so, or at least do better, in the bowl game.  go blue

10/15/2010 - 3:38pm 475

10/15/2010 - 10:50am Mich 42 - Iowa 21

Stanzi ball

10/14/2010 - 3:26pm Boy do I miss

Woolfork.

10/14/2010 - 12:57pm The stands

are for standing.

10/14/2010 - 12:51pm They are all big

and RR is here to stay.

10/13/2010 - 2:06pm If M wins games, Denard wins Heisman

After last weekend, it is clear our offense will have to win games for us.

If the offense is winning games, Denard is racking up yards.

So if we go at least 8-4 (and preferably better), Denard should have crazy stats and will again be the front runner.

10/11/2010 - 11:02am We all know

we can't win when we turn the ball over like we did Saturday.

At least the D made the stop after the first INT.

10/07/2010 - 9:37am Back Seat Brawl

you know, little brother getting punished by big brother on the annual long drive to the family reunion.

10/07/2010 - 2:42am Turnover ratio

is going to be the factor.  Hold on to the god damn ball.

10/07/2010 - 1:27am At the same time, no one anticipated the level of explosion and

Heisman hype we've been seeing.  Everyone was still saying "it appears Denard is starting" but RR didn't announce the starting QB, and we were all waiting to see that first snap on gameday.  What a special year we're being treated to.

10/06/2010 - 3:16pm Techmo Bowl

love that game.

10/06/2010 - 2:16pm Rob'd

eh, Joey beat me to it.

10/06/2010 - 1:45pm Vince Young

looks like he had two 200/200 games in his career.  This past week the quote was that Denard was the only player to have two in a career.  Are they drawing the distinction as OVER 200 yards or something?

10/06/2010 - 10:53am sorry

I had that originally saying Demens and Herron to step up and give Ezeh and Roh more breaks, and deleted the wrong names (I want Roh out there).

10/06/2010 - 3:16am Doesn't just putting Roh on the line

essentially turn us into a 4-2-5?  It seems the personal recommendations are all based on Ezeh.  Need Herron to step up to give Ezeh breaks, and leave Roh on the attack.

10/06/2010 - 1:36am Why compare

To me, its the biggest Mich. vs. Mich St. game that we've had in quite a while.  2 losing seasons, 2 MSU losses, 5-0 vs. 5-0, bowl eligibility, Denard, Heisman, the team repeating "The Team" to the media.

p.s. and unfortunately D's heart attack and impending return.

10/06/2010 - 1:14am ESPN Sportscenter

flashed a stat tonight that Sparty is 7-1-1 or something like that in the series when both teams were undefeated.

10/05/2010 - 5:00pm Not really

it was just bend, bend, bend, bend, bend, TD.  It just kept bending, and only had a few smaller breaks.

10/05/2010 - 3:43pm it will be attained

115,302

10/05/2010 - 11:43am One or two more stops a game will get us there.

We're moving in the right direction.

10/05/2010 - 11:42am We only need to keep opp. to about 35% scoring to be average

From 2008 bleacher:

Out of that, I calculated the percentage of drives a team scored on using offensive touchdowns and field goals made. The top ten are as follows:

1. Florida - 57.43%
2. Navy - 56.94%
3. Kansas - 52.63
4. Texas Tech - 52.20%
5. Missouri - 52.00%
6. Boise State - 51.76%
7. Oklahoma - 51.67%
8. LSU - 51.40%
9. Hawaii - 50.57%
10. West Virginia - 48.80%

The bottom ten are as follows:

119. FIU - 17.54%
118. Army - 20.37%
117. Notre Dame - 20.65%
116. Duke - 20.78%
115. Baylor - 20.96%
114. Syracuse - 22.82%
113. Temple - 23.53%
112. Iowa - 23.97%
111. Iowa State - 24.83%
110. Louisiana Tech - 25.44%
10/04/2010 - 5:03pm They all had to tend the fields

and flip burgers.

10/04/2010 - 5:02pm I don't hate Sparty

I just feel bad for them.

10/04/2010 - 9:53am I think GERG is doing well

with the D and personell we have.  They are getting better, and will continue to do so.  Next two games are huge - after that you can put 7-0 in your signature.

10/04/2010 - 9:49am Interesting that they had Martin

play a little DE, where he was productive.

10/01/2010 - 10:05am Martin and Roh

2 sacks each!

09/30/2010 - 2:15pm Odds = good

Secondary is not good, will be attacked.

09/30/2010 - 2:04pm And advise

or revise.  something *vise

09/30/2010 - 2:04pm Looks like we're stuck with Ezeh

Found it strange that despite little to comment on, the notes say "STILL VERY HOPELESS I HATE HIM THIS IS NOT AN ANTIJINX"

09/30/2010 - 1:46pm One complaint

Can only watch the last play on replay, and tend to miss on field activities if watching the thing.

09/24/2010 - 9:49pm Next I'll hear that golf

is really easy, and both hockey and baseball players can switch to that game no prob.

09/24/2010 - 3:59pm Jesus was just a dude

and he's dead now.  I don't think he'll care.

09/24/2010 - 2:55pm 44-16

44-16

09/24/2010 - 1:49pm Hitting the TE out in the flat

was my favorite Lloyd-ball play.

09/24/2010 - 1:45pm National championship

2011.  I'm printing the shirts now.

09/24/2010 - 12:37pm must be done

need backups at the ready

09/24/2010 - 12:35pm 199

199

09/23/2010 - 10:55am you are is shortened to

you're, not your.

09/23/2010 - 10:11am Buy his training manual and find out for yourself

http://www.barwismethods.com/bmstore/

I think the pro testimonials also support his methods and effectiveness.

09/23/2010 - 10:08am no, mental disease

affected.

09/23/2010 - 9:29am Good kid

love this player.

09/22/2010 - 4:13pm I want to see me

some Kovaks at LB, and M. Robinson cracking helmets.

09/22/2010 - 2:24pm We'll have to see how

T. Gordon grades out, or if he's injured.

09/22/2010 - 2:20pm He's the tallest WR we have

at 6'4".  It'd be nice to have him take advantage of some shorter corners in the league.

09/22/2010 - 2:17pm Agreed

we haven't faired well in field position (ala our defense and special teams), so we've had to move the ball further than everyone else.  IMO, special teams needs to step it up before we get into B10 play.

09/22/2010 - 10:42am NCAA

12.5.2.2 Use of a Student-Athlete’s Name or Picture Without Knowledge or Permission. If a student-
athlete’s name or picture appears on commercial items (e.g., T-shirts, sweatshirts, serving trays, playing
cards, posters) or is used to promote a commercial product sold by an individual or agency without the studentathlete’s
knowledge or permission, the student-athlete (or the institution acting on behalf of the student-athlete)
is required to take steps to stop such an activity in order to retain his or her eligibility for intercollegiate athletics.
Such steps are not required in cases in which a student-athlete’s photograph is sold by an individual or agency
(e.g., private photographer, news agency) for private use. (Revised: 1/11/97, 5/12/05)
