Omg I now truest understand why the Detroit lions were so bad. If he says one more time about how michigans d can't figure out air forces offense I'm gonna scream. I'm not sure what game he is watching. Other than one series they have contained them. It's the offense, idiot. It's so bad I'm tempted to put brandstetter on for commentary.
What a shame to lose two great Southwestern athletes in Rodney Feaster and Booker Moore. I graduated in 78 and was blessed to see both play. Incredible athletes and terrific people. Southwestern used to rule the sports scene when those 2 were there. Great rivalries between Flint Powers, Central, Northern and Northwestern, made Flint one of the sports hotbeds in Michigan in the 70's and early 80's. My only regret was that Booker never went to UM.
They will be missed none the less.
While fun to follow, I don't put alot of stock in the ratings, in fact I find it terribly confusing on how they rank these classes. Ex. Texas A&m, South Carolina and Clemson are all ranked higher than Michigan's class yet they both have less 5,4 and 3 stars. So why the difference. On top of that the star ratings are arbitrary and inconsistent from recruiting site to recruiting site. I actually find it kinda comical while at the same time lamenting how I am sucked into the whole process. No matter what happened today the bottom line is that a coaching staff will have to develop them into a team and whoever does that best wins. (as log as too many don't get hurt)
If James was such a problem,per the emails, why didn't Leach kick him off the team? That lack of leadership almost seems like a bigger problem than the "closet incident". From the emails that were posted this kid was a pariah. So does that mean Leach ignored the situation or people were afraid of the "James clout"?
