The defense was damn good last year and they are hardly losing anyone. Plus they have also brought in some fresh voices on offense and a very good offensive line coach and will, likely, have the most talented QB of the Harbaugh era at the helm. Lots of reasons to be optimistic despite the schedule!

But what is the significance of the sub sandwich today?

My dad is good friends with the Late Pete Schmidt’s brother. Pete Schmidt was Cam Cameron’s OC at Indiana from 1997-1999 when he was diagnosed with cancer. Pete passed away in 2000.

Why do people care about the money? Retaining 50% of his salary does not impact the Red Wings at all going forward. It was going to be a part of any deal to get rid of Vanek. He has been good for us this year, no doubt but his reputation is pretty shot around the league because of the bridges he has burned through his career in New York and Montreal. Not to mention he is slow, plays no defense and has no grit at all. He has been awful in the playoffs recently, is 33 and declining. Not to mention he is a UFA after the year.
Junco on the other hand is 24, has a lot of talent and is under the Blackhawks control beyond this season. Way more upside than Vanek.

There is certainly more than one way to success in the NHL but when you are a top end talent like Larkin there is something to be said about playing more games and getting into the system of the franchise you will be playing the majority of your career with. The talent level in the AHL is higher than the an NCAA and he will be playing twice the games while living a professional lifestyle.
As much as I want Larkin here another year, he is going to be better served by making the jump now, or at least next year.

Maybe he was enjoying retirement from a 10 year NFL career and spending time with his young family? What a horrible thing.

Do you think that, just maybe, part of Andrew Luck's development into the QB he is today had something to do with the coaching he received at Stanford? I'd say that is probably a good bet.

Huh? His property was covered with satanic artwork and sculptures. He had a man tied to a bed with his mouth sewn shut. He had caves, or whatever you'd call that fortress, filled with more satanic symbols, mummified bodies and other cryptic things...but he wasn't capable of putting bodies on display like that?
Also, to whomever said Reggie Ledoux, who displayed the 2012 body?

Malik has done just about nothing publicly, it has been his parents who have been making a scene in the public. Malik has actually been pretty quiet his whole recruitment. It is a shame his parents, specifically his mom, have made this such a spectacle.
|06/09/2013 - 4:09pm||Smokenator||
If you have a weber, you should get yourself a Smokenator. It turns your Weber into a smoker. The best part it's that it's cheap and works just as good, if not better, than any smoker I have ever used. My only complaint is you can't smoke huge amounts of food in it, but enough for a dinner party or whatever.

If you watched it illegally online it did.

Are you really comparing 2 goals in a hockey game to missing 2 shots in a basketball game? Because if you are, which seems pretty clear, then you should probably stop watching hockey.
|01/31/2012 - 7:53am||Not really that strange.||
My cousin is a Senior at Flint Powers, played with Danny O for his whole high school career and he comes from a very conservative family and lives out in the Country. Ann Arbor is totally different than where DOB grew up, as is a city like East Lansing, but he felt like Knoxville, TN was more his style. It just speaks to how he was raised and that his decision was about where he felt comfortable.
