Don’t care what anyone says. He has the resources, he’s paid the money, he needs to do better. Can handle losing but fight for gods sake. Where is that? Where is the improvement? Why do they regress in the second half? Again, stop with the damn war story podcasts with dear old dad and earn your money.

Still my favorite part of the clip is the reaction of the ref. You can see that his gaze follows Woodson all the way down to his getting the needed one foot in bounds. And then he signals change of possession with gusto, as if to say, you won't believe it and I sure as heck don't beleive it but this guy actually did that!

It's hubris and over satisfaction. He's in a nice position, he's enjoying it and he's forgetten the things that got him there. He's got his parents down the street, free trips to meet the pope for he and them, his young kids going to the school where he grew up, one son coaching under him (at RB, a position he's knows nothing about), another, a theater major at the the best theater school in the country, podcasts with his dad to tell old war stories, YouTube channel showing fun family events. Nice. And he can't be doing all that and studying film, scheming new offenses, training quarterbacks, at least probably not to the extent when he was at SD or Stanford, so he's delegated. He's been smelling the roses too much and has been outsmarted, outworked and out coached. Let's not forget that MSU is similarly young and it's young talent isn't that of MI's, yet they were he aggressors, they were the ones with a plan. it's a lot like the free agent who get his dream situation, is no longer as hungry as he was before and it shows.

If I see one more fade called into the end zone I'm gonna puke.
