I don't know enough about his health to make a definitive statement one way or the other. But this does potentially help the 2016 scholarship situation if we use it to backdate early enrollees.
Not a good look for UM in my opinion and I've got a feeling this is only the beginning.
No ones cares that strongly about the deflated balls themselves (or at least they shouldn't). But the Patriots now have a history of going out of their way to strech the rules and subsequently dodging the NFL. Makes me wonder what else mastermind Bill has attemplted in the last decade. And Kraft playing the victim card is hilarious - nobody has any sympathy for the Pats.
Running backs may have short careers, but McCoy is not old. He's 26 and probably in his prime now. I've seen a bunch of people say this and it confuses me.
Further proof because of a terrible play call and a defensive stand?
I love Tom and think him and Manning are fairly close for GOAT, but individual championships should have nothing to do with the conversation. I know I'm in the minority, but this is a huge beef of mine. All of the Patriots Super Bowl wins are within one score. With a little luck, Tom could have 0 rings. Or 6.
Bills fan here. Branch was already in trouble before the DUI. He hasn't played well and was relegated to third string, 4th quarter play in the previous preseason game.
Not quite true. 2, 3, 4 seeds are filled in first considering geography and only second their relative ranking on the s-curve. Dylan at umhoops tweeted to Jerry Palm earlier in the week to get clarification.
Won't know until brackets are released. Your reasoning makes sense, but Wisconsin will be in the other session so same logic could be applied towards them.
I've seen all those shows, kid. You can't compare this type of show to Seinfeld. And The Wire was the greatest show ever for me until this season of Breaking Bad. Haters gonna hate. Maybe give it a shot if mommy lets you watch one day, kid.
But entertaining! Especially because the dude calling out p-e-o-p-l-e for spelling errors doesn't know the difference between we're and were and your and you're
Is anyone else worried Morgan will leave if McGary comes back? Using logic and some whispers I've heard, I think he takes advantage of the graduate transfer loophole to go somewhere with more playing time.
I hope not, but would understand and respect his decision. He has given a lot to this university and handled his benching/demotion with nothing but class.
You can watch/listen with the NCAA March Madness Live. I would guess you could stream (for free) local radio in Detroit on some iPhone app but I'm not from the area so I don't even know what station the games are on. Good luck and go blue!
Top 4 seeds CAN get location preference, but preference goes in order of seed. The way it is shaping it out with who the teams are on the 3/4 lines and where they are located and where the sites are located for rounds one and two, a few four seeds from the east/midwest will probably get sent out west.
Yea it's definitely not a guarantee we would be a 1. If Duke wins the ACC, they are a definite 1 seed. If Louisville/Georgetown win the Big East (especially by beating the other in the final), I think they get a 1 seed. And I think Indiana is locked into a 1 seed at this point.
Kansas winning the B12 would be interesting between us and them if it came down to that. And then there is Gonzaga, I have no idea what the committee would do if all these teams above won and had to be compared with Gonzaga, but I'm pretty sure Gonzaga will get a 1.
Hate to say it, but I don't think so. It's something I was thinking about all game.
I think this game really exposed Nik as our main defensive weakness (along with the hedges of non-Morgan big men). Nik gets beat too often off the dribble and forces other guys to help, leading to a lot of our defensive breakdowns. State definitely didn't have as many open looks (especially in half court) as our opponents have had in the last month or so.
I think LeVert needs to get some more minutes, which will hopefully lead to his offense becoming a bit more refined and maybe it will give Stauskas some fresher legs as well.
Who do you guys think Michigan should root for tonight? Seems obvious to root against MSU, but thinking about the Big Ten title race, do we want a top team getting a road win like this?
Looking at their schedules, Indiana still has some tough games so I think it's okay (and natural) to root for Indiana tonight
People forget that it was actually Christian Watford who was matched up against Burke primarily last year at Indiana and he did a pretty solid job (Burke was 4-15 shooting, 4 turnovers). With Watford on Burke and Oladipo on Hardaway, it still leaves a mismatch with Stauskas but that's where a guy like Will Sheehey could see some extended minutes (he's been playing well as of late).
Duke also beat Minnesota (albeit on a neutral court). And their other wins (Kentucky, VCU, Louisville, Ohio St, Temple) are considerably better than ours. I would be shocked if we jumped them.

Glad the kid didn't get screwed
It's a team sport. Defense and special teams have been a huge part of every Patriots SB.

Um, spoiler alert?
It's legit
Reassign Hoke to recruiting coordinator. win-win?

This may be your guy. Less reason to feel bad.

tl;dr
Best video I've ever seen. Great music selections as well. Thank you for making this.

But you took the time and effort to let us know? Yeah, okay. Cya.

Can't happen Thursday
I know that, but I was assuming the outcomes of these three games:
Wisconsin over Penn St
Michigan State over Northwestern
Ohio State over Illinois (in Columbus)
If those three games happen like that, Michigan will be a 3 seed with two wins and a 5 seed with 1 or 2 loses.
