Logged into say that you guys are forgetting about playing a potentially undefeated/top ten Iowa team in the BTCG. Making that game doesn't seem unlikely to me, MSU is destined to lose, most likely to Nebraska (with Penn State as a possibility). In regards to our playoff hopes, if Iowa is undefeated/top ten and we beat them handily in the BTCG, which I think is very likely, we'll probably go to the playoff. Of course I'm assuming that the committee basically nulls the MSU game and blames Utah on usual reasons. We'd also probably have to have control of the OSU game, much like MSU, minus the finish of course.
There were also a lot of guys on paywall sites that predicted us to go to the rose bowl. The lower tier and upper tier games were predicted with equal frequency.
I can't believe how angry I feel watching this game. Looking at those uniforms, knowing they're a good team. I'm disgusted. I want nothing more than to kick their ass.
Come on man. Do your homework before trying to correct people. It's a reference to Frank Beamer'S story about Harbaugh calling VT GT before the 2010 sugar bowl.
I thought that was a very positive first game. Sure, I would've loved to win, but we clearly made a lot of progress. The defense did a great job, and the offense improved throughout the game, on top of the fact that Utah is the better team RIGHT NOW. I just hope Rudock can get used to these games and cut down on these mistakes by MSU week. If that happens, 8-11 win season. Great job guys. Go blue!
I feel like Rudock's family might be indebted to the Perry's. It was like he had to throw it to him, on every play (that wasn't to Butt), and we all know how that went.
