Here's a HL from this past seasom

I'm sure the powers that be will look at full games sooner or later

Out of these 6 games, which

Out of these 6 games, which ones does our defense not have to play damn near perfect next year for us to win?

@ND
Nebraska
Wisconsin
@ MSU
Penn St.
@ OSU

Do I think we will lose all 6, no, but if I put my tin-foil hat on I could see it happening.

Inkster alum here

Was there 06-09 when we basically became a shooting star. Broke my heart when I finally moved back last year and drove by where the school use to stand.

Now with Coach Carter at Oak Park, that has basically become the home for the DP/IHS alums that played for Carter or was even impacted by him

I was at the game yesterday

I'm the video coordinator at South Carolina St., so I of course was at the game and this is what I took away.

1) They will legit try to run 100 plays, Frost was not lying when he said that (they ran 97 yesterday).

2) They are pretty much just a step up from the 0-12 team from a year ago.

We had no reason to only be down 15 at the half with the team we have this year (we have about 18 freshmen in the 2-deep, but not for the same reason Michigan might have that much). Our defense hung with them for a half and depth pretty much took over. As far as their defense goes, they really didn't have to do much because it was a lot of shooting in the feet for both their defense and our offense.

I'm not expecting another 60 point win for the good guys, but a 40 point win should happen.

Okay

So is Kobe a rapist? I'm 99.9% sure that is the case.

So while Kobe, the human being is horrible, I don't think it should stop (while it does make it hard when you step back and think about it) me from enjoying Kobe, the basketball player.

I'm pretty sure a lot of us on here are lifelong Pistons fans (including me), which by proxy probably means we are huge fans of Isiah Thomas.

Now, step back and remember that Zeke was sued for sexual harrassment in the workplace and settled out of court. Do we now say screw him?

Athletes get away with everything outside of murder. Is it right, hell no. Do we have to stand for it, nope. But that's the way it is because while on the Internet it may seem like we all feel this way, it's really just an echo chamber and the outside world could not care less.

Scoring 60 on 50 shots at the end of the day isn't good, but that's not the impressive part about last night. For the final quarter of his career, especially the last 4 minutes of it, Kobe took us back to a time during his prime where someone would call you when he was going off, and if possible, you turned that game on. I think that is a fitting way for Kobe, the basketball player, to go out.

As someone who works with a D1 football program Please don't do this. 1. Like people say, it's weird 2. Players are already on the edge before the game and they don't need anything else to make them feel uncomfortable 3. I'm 100% sure our coach would appreciate it if you didn't do this. The team hotel is HQ away from home. The last thing they want is for fans to be mingling around outside the meeting rooms.
First off, hats off to the

First off, hats off to the defense. They played their tails off last night and did what they had to do. Only giving up 17 points on the road against a team that most likely had a chip on their shoulder, you really couldn't ask for much more.

The receivers look like they will be able to get the job done. We finally got a glimpse of Chesson's speed that we were raving about when he signed, Jake Butt is awesome as expected, Darboh looks like another reliable person to move the chains when needed, and Grant Perry will only get better as the season moves along.

Pass protection wise, the offensive line is much better than last season. We still need work in the running game, but you can see the improvement.

This brings me to the backfield. This wasn't the same case as Devin where he was beaten to a pulp every time he dropped back. Ruddock had more than enough time, but just couldn't get the job done last night. Outside of the first interception, there was the four throws that pretty much doomed our team from winning. I'm not calling for Shane to come in now, I just hope they go back in and emerge from the submarine next week and play more to Jake's strengths.

That is all moot though when the running game is still as bad as it was. The run blocking isn't at "Jim Harbaugh Ass-Kicking" levels yet, but when you get some of the holes we had last night, you have to hit them, and the RBs just didn't. Maybe Utah's run defense is just that good, even with what they had to replace, but I'm leaning towards the side of these guys just don't have it.

FHSAA hosts their state title

FHSAA hosts their state title games there, and the new Orlando MLS team is going to play there.

I can recall two times

1. Clockgate. I was watching the game on a little TV in my grandma's kitchen. The events unfolded and 10 year old me stormed up the stairs and bawled myself to sleep.

2. 05 Rose Bowl. My heart was pretty much ripped out of me during that 4th quarter. I was at a family BBQ and just went outside and cried.

Because of my age, Bo's death didn't have the same effect on me as others, but that weekend was a pretty bummed weekend, especially after the loss (which then turned to a bummed week when we lost in the state championship against Nouvel)

Good job boys

Do everything you can to try and keep that pick

Don't worry Seth

Devin is of-age.

So everyone within 4 miles of Ann Arbor should get on their job if they see him out one night.

EDIT: and I realized what you meant about eligible after I posted, stupid NCAA.

Whoa I will not allow you to put my school (B-CU) in the same mention of the other schools, especially when we will most likely beat 3 of those schools.
I'm surprised there wasn't a

I'm surprised there wasn't a Marshall Henderson segment.

Which makes me think, has there ever been a Marshall Henderson segment? Dude's Twitter is exactly how you think it would be.

Why did we go to a 4 guard

Why did we go to a 4 guard offense? That is what puzzles me the most.

Okay, I'm going to be honest.

I'm scared now.

Gus + March + What just happened + What happened in Happy Valley = Nervous Me.

I'm already at the office

Working on these videos for our (Bethune-Cookman) signing day bash down here off little sleep.Today is going to be loooooooong.

My cousin got interviewed

So while I'm disappointed the game got called, I'm satisfied.

I know I can't see far for anything

But I must be the only person who can tell the difference between the players and field during Boise games.

The funny part about it to me Is that Goodwin is an Olympian. It's like here's a great chance to show some pride in America, and the marine makes it his mission to slide over and voice his displeasure.
I don't think no one is calling for his job

But you would have thought that he learned that running up the middle with Vincent "Devin" Smith against a high-cailber defense is just not a great idea by now.

I'm ready for Florida and BG

I wanna see how the Brady/Henson QB model works out for Florida

To be fair

Boise has been doing well in the passing game. They just cannot run the ball at all.

Problem with that..

is that it's going to move so quick that anyone will not be able to read it because they can't screen any comments.

You know...

I'm not upset that we're going to miss out on Fuller. We have enough D...

You know what, you can never have enough DBs.

Where at?

I fell asleep last night and missed the set? I looked on the Coachella youtube page and they didn't have it.

That's not the sad thing about this

It seems like Jacob Pullen has turned into Braylon on his Twitter

https://twitter.com/#!/Jpullz0

EDIT: I went from good to funny to sad in about 10 seconds. I couldn't make up my mind.

Well, here's an update

The person running it realized bots came into play for both gifs, suspended voting, and is coming up with a decision on Monday.

I was ready to vote for Will…

and then I seen the tail.

Sorry guys.

Just saw on Twitter that...

it's 2-0 for the good guys right now.

It's suppose to be 54 and partly cloudy on Sunday

As long as it doesn't rain, I have a good place they can put it.

Just did it and I'm all set

They give until April 2nd to enter the code, so spread the word to everyone.

Wow

Is this is what it feels like to be Texas during the winter/spring?

Who let those Buckeyes in?

Seriously!

This picture makes me happy on the inside

Good times are ahead indeed

Oh god

If everyone comes back and the freshmen come in and play like we expect, next year could be a special year on campus for the athletic department.

Clockgate

I cried that night. That's when I knew I was a Michigan fan.

IIRC, All of the Michigan commits

will be starting today.

Yep

Our LBs will have the best hair in the nation.

I don't think it helps the mom one bit

That his girlfriend (standing behind Landon in the blazer) is going to Alabama as well.

Nope

Fred Meyer is under the Kroger banner.

How are we still alive?

The world should have combust from the combined epicness of both in such a close promixity.

There is no way

The Fiesta Bowl will put OU and Okie State against each other.

Michigan is pretty much the first choice for an at-large after the NC replacements if they get the job done next week.

I'm going out tonight

So my night will be filled with lots of Peach Ciroc, Blue MFers, and whatever else I can get my hands on.

That's not what I said

I'm not saying you don't switch him so ESPN can hype the team up every week (if we win they will do that becuase this is Michigan after all).

It's hard to explain how I feel about the situation because I went to school with Devin, so of course I would love to see him succeed as quickly as possible. I just don't think you throw away your best player unless he shows something character-wise that is something a player at Michigan shouldn't do. I'm not a QB expert, but I think the staff should (I would hope) know what routes Denard can hit on a consistent basis. I think if they do that we might see the improvement we had expected going into the year.

Anyone calling for Denard to switch positions

I think doesn't realize that the second they try to do that, he will leave. Yes "The Team, The Team, The Team!", but do you really want to just throw away one of the most dynamic players in the nation, and it's not because he has character flaws.

I know that's not really what the OP meant, but it's people out here calling for it. Denard came here because he wants to be a QB. If that's what it takes to put the ball in his hands in a winged helmet, then let it be. Cut down on the deep passes, try more intermediate routes and see how it works.

Unless you want the Tigers and Rangers playing in a empty...

stadium, it has to be at 8 EST.

Since Cam was the one who actually set it up for Denard

Something like this had a high chance of happening. Denard rarely tweeted anyway, so it's better if he just gets rid of it.

NOTE: I'm not implicating Cam as giving his password away, I'm just saying he had to make it something that Denard would know/remember.

Dave Brandon loves money

Would it make us money? Ye....wait, hold on...

*is passed a note, puts reading glasses on*

This would be during the Ohio game. That game will be a sellout no matter what. We don't need this.

Maybe Denard looks slower...

because we are use to it by now. I mean, we have watched him for 3 years now.

Corso just kinda gave his pick away I think

Kinda shy'd away from giving the Mountaineer some love. Me think he is going to get boo'd today.
