Megatron style

This guy can catch a ball over the top of a double team, Megatron style. Would love to see this style of WR at Michigan.

Nice work

This is really well done. I agree with MichNukeEng, it would be awesome if you and Brian could coordinate this so the content comes out around the same time, or at the same  time.

Keep it up!

I've always thought

I've always thought Michigan Stadium should be way louder than what it is, considering how many people are put in that place. When Herron broke that pick 6, it was pretty loud, but I wish it would be that way EVERY 3rd down.

I agree with others that Cowturd is an idiot for thinking it guarantees an ND win. I can only imagine the crowd will be pretty amped for this game, since people are paying good money to be there, and it's a night game, where the older alumni won't make it out.

Great moment

The crowd erupted at the end of that. That was the best pre-game hype moment I've been apart of. It was pretty sweet. Still get all hyped up watching that.

I am encouraged

I am encouraged that this defensive staff will be able to coach this stuff up quickly. It's obvious they can make adjustments faster, and calm the defense down in-game a lot better than GERG could, so I can only imagine stuff like this will be corrected in practice better.

Great insight tho. Love reading this crap. My F5 key is going to break on my keyboard because of this site.

Seriously?

You tell me how much water you would get to provide an endless supply to a crowd of 109,000? I'm sure they had what they thought would be enough, but it wasn't, so get over it and recognize how unreasonable your request is, aka, get YOUR head out of YOUR ass.

Majority of stadiums don't allow you to bring your own water in, so Brandon isn't doing anything out of the ordinary there.

Or, do what bitches do, and keep bitchin, bitch.

Water and Music

Re: Water Situation

I think it's pretty ridiculous that you expect The University of Michigan to take care of 109,000 people who CHOSE to come to the game in the heat. How self entitled are you? The free 4oz cup of water was more than enough. YES, it was warm, but who cares. It was a heat index of 100 degrees, nothing is going to stay cold forever!

You chose to come to the game, you knew it was going to be hot, drink plenty of liquid before and you would be fine. If you don't like heat, then stay home and watch the game in the AC. Or wait, let me guess, David Brandon should have ordered 109,000 mini-air conditioners so all the fans didn't get hot when it's 100 degrees out. Also, if you would have used the little brain the good Lord gave you, you would have asked for a small thing of ice to go with your warm bottle of water, which I saw plenty of people doing. They were more than willing to give you ice.

Yes, I was hot, but I wasn't dying, and I sure as hell didn't expect David Brandon to do anything about it. Lose some damn weight and quit bitching that the University isn't wiping your vagina for you. You went to a football game. Man up. People in the south do this EVERY WEEKEND and I doubt they get free bottles of waters you freakin girls.

Re: "RAWK" Music

I actually really enjoyed the intro video with the players announcing the different acheivements for Michigan Football, which then lead into the Pop Evil song. I thought it was a great pump-up before they ran out of the tunnel. I thought ending that video with "This is Michigan for God's Sakes" was awesome. Now, was the timing off where they didn't cut the music before the players hit the banner? Yes. But the MMB was still playing, and it was a poor timing issue. They can get that fixed and everyone should be happy.

One of my biggest issues with going to Michigan games is that for 109,900 people in that Stadium, it's not nearly as electric as say, Camp Randall or Happy Valley. Reason? All the fuddy duddies who can't stand this "loud rock music" in their precious stadium. I'm not saying I want us to Jump Around in the 4th quarter, but this kind energy:

or this strong of a chant:

Doesn't happen at Michigan Stadium, and we're a bigger stadium, with more people. I'm welcoming any thing that might energize the crowd a bit, even if it is some emo band from Muskegon. I want to keep our traditions, but I'm also open to new things. It's why Happy Valley can pull off a "WHITE OUT" and Michigan Stadium can't pull off the "MAIZE OUT" because our fans aren't open to anything new.

I will admit, during the Herron Pick-6, the crowd was rocking, but I would love to see more energy every game I've been to.

In Closing:

Is bitching about water and music really worth it? Let's talk about football leave the whining and bitching for else where.
