Will PSU have a QB for their bowl?

Submitted by AC1997 on

Per ESPN, Penn State's three QB's are all in some sort of trouble and there is no clear picture as to who will be starting for their bowl game:

  • McGloin has a concussion after starting a fight with a WR.
  • Bolden was busted for stealing gatorade from a store.
  • Paul Jones has academic issues that may make him ineligible.

Hopefully no one picked PSU to win in their bowl confidence pools....

Prank my arse...he wasn't allowed to leave last season...my suspicion is he's hoping to get booted from the team and all the chaos going on there by breaking team rules/policy.  Stealing gatorade isn't enough for other schools to rule out picking you up.   Just my lame theory.

I actually put Penn State to win and I didn't even realize it. Oh well, I got 2 out of the first 3 games wrong anyway and had 17 and 33 points on them (yes I did my picks at the last minute). I'm pretty much guarunteed to not win anything now anyway.

One of my daugthers has seizure disorder.  After her first seizure, at age 15, we were told not to worry unless she had others.  A single seizure, especially one seemingly brought on by a hard knock to the head or some other unusual circumstance, is not really something that would be considered a serious health issue (Unless the knock on the head did damage--thus the MRI McGloin had to rule out that possibility).  One of the doctors, in an attempt to ease our fears, even said the first seizure is a freebie.  It's considered an anomaly that might never occur again.  It's not until there's a second seizure that  they'll start with medication and further testing.

Couldn't imagine that happening at Michigan, I mean the starting QB and WR grappling in the  locker room. McGloin probably learned a lesson that he shouldn't fight with his teammates, because he'll more than likely lose.
