We play Maryland in a few weeks and Will Likely is one of their best players. Not that Maryland has much of a chance vs Michigan, but without him the likelihood of them winning is lower.

Why is it an issue that it's on here? We had a thread when Janarion Grant got injured. We'd win either way but it will be a blowout without their best player. So we're not allowed to post about it if Illinois lost some key player for the game tomorrow? This is more relevant than most stuff on the board because it's actual football news.

I hate to see kids lose their season but I don't mind seeing our future opponents get easier. Just keep winning each game until The Game. I so badly want to see a #2 vs #3, undefeated showdown in November.

I think he was the only player on the field last year for Maryland in the Michigan game that was worth a shit. Good little player, tough blow for an already flat team. They'll still find a way to beat Sparty.
