Duh...The Winners' Table.
Well, if you're referring to Wolverine males, then there can be only one place, Olympic Garden
I was in Vegas last year for the UofM/ND football game and happened to be at the sports book in Planet Hollywood. Half of the place was cheering for Michigan. One of my finest memories from all those trips to Vegas.
I imagine all of the sportsbooks will be packed and not great for viewing. You might want to play it safe, watch the game in your room, and order the "2 for 1" special from those cards being handed out on the street.
When we went to Vegas my wife brought home a 10in stack of those cards. Those guys are ridiculous on how they hand them out.

I actually heard a rumor, might be true, that LV law doesn't allow those people to talk about what they're handing out and that's why they slap the hooker trading cards together in what might be the most distinctive sound in all of Vegas.
Sports books are not great places to watch a game you care about -- opposing fans, other games, noise drowns out sound of your game.
What I really hate is cheering that has nothing to do with which team is winning or going to win the game (game spread, first half spread, second half spread, game total and many other reasons.)
There is a Michigan fan bar in southwestern Henderson, the Kopper keg, on St. Rose Pkwy, about a 20 minute drive from the center Strip.

I agree that most sportsbooks aren't great places to watch a game, but there is one exception. The new hotel Aria in the City Center has a great sportsbook. I'm sure it will be extremely full for the tourney, but I watched college football for like 10 hours straght there earlier this year.

The most fans of the Wolverines will be gathered at the location which is located to the south of the northernmost portion of the city of which you speak for the game which is being played today at the time of 12:40 PM.

I take trips to Vegas frequently and personally I would go to the top of the ESPN zone in NYNY. You are usually able to find a table and there is decent food and lots of people.
My other favorite is the MGM sports book, but you need to get there early. I watched the USA-Canada hockey metal game there and it was a great expirence.

As a frequent visitor to Vegas you would probably have known that the ESPN Zone at NYNY has been closed since last fall.... So this idea is a fail!
Planet Hollywood is our choice!

assuming the weather is pretty good and that the pools are open. Did it last year and had a great time. They have an island in the middle with tables and a bar and flat screens all over the place.

Sunset Station!
