What is going on with Justin Turner?

With secondary being the most alarming position for 2010, why have we not heard anything on Justin Turner? I have head things about Woolfolk, Chirstian, Floyd, Gordan, and Kovacs, but nothing on JT. Last I knew he was likely switching to safety? He is another Michigan 5 star bust?
