Well, whoever thought of MACtion needs a raise.  Weeknight college football is awesome and I love it.  Viewership on the weekends for MAC teams, outside of alum, probably doesn't move the needle much.  Hell, I won't even watch my Chips if Michigan or any P5 game is on that I have remote interest in.

MACtion is one of those things in football that you like because it is a conference like the MAC and for them this is a cool deal to get football-obsessed viewers on a slow sports night, but yes, you know you would never want it for your team because you know you don't need that to maximize your audience.....unless you are MSU and there's this rumbling that your game might be on Facebook Live. Ours is a nice position to be in really.

Toledo has lost to NIU 6 games in a row. Most of those cost Toledo a spot in the MAC title game. Could have an impact tonight as well because with their loss to Ohio last week, Toledo now can't afford to lose another game if they want to control their own destiny against Western Michigan.

Watching this game at the White Sox home field is pretty damn cool.  Gotta be a thrill for the kids to play there...again great idea by the MAC people who scheduled this.

Downtown Chicago is fun to walk around so many awesome restaurants.  I hate leaving there though I always get stuck on the friggin loop at the wrong time and, invariable, have to take a piss.
