We Own Penn State... in Basketball Attendance
Wow, did anyone watch Purdue at Penn State on BTN? (Currently ongoing). I've never seen an emptier stadium for a men's B10 contest. There are entire sections in the lower bowl that are completely empty. I'd estimate a third of the lower bowl is in attendance. Pretty embarrassing. Seriously, State College, get out there and support your basketball team, they're having a great year.

they are having a major ice storm up there tonight. I went to the PSU-MSU game there last February and there was a good crowd. PSU also won that game.

Ah, that may explain some of it. The attendance was 4,400. That's only slightly less than the crowds they were drawing though.
