WBB tops #25 Gonzaga

Michigan defeated Gonzaga 78-66 on Thursday to push its record to 5-0.

The last time the Wolverine women beat a ranked team was Jan. 4, 2015 against #24 Michigan State. The last time Michigan beat a ranked team away from Crisler was at #22 Purdue on Jan. 15, 2014.

They were pretty bad on defense last year though that looks to be improved this season

They will be even better when Abby Cole joins the team when the volleyball season is over. Having two athletic 6'5" players for this season and next will present problems for the competition. This team is fun to watch and will just keep getting better.

Kim needs to give a pep talk to the men's hoops and football teams on how to win away games. Edit: I suppose we're doing ok at neutral sites, but somebody needs to light a fire under some asses prior to true road games, and soon.
