Wall Street Journal CFB Statistical Database

Submitted by Tacopants on

Apologies if this has already been posted (I'm pretty sure it hasn't, but you never know)

Yesterday the WSJ put up a gigantic statistical database of all D-1 FBS college football teams.  You can filter by teams/conferences, and also filter by whatever category you want using the check boxes.

Basically, somebody put all this stuff from the NCAA database into excel and its realllllly pretty.

Wow this is good stuff.

Looks good for Michigan until you get to the strength of schedule this year - rough.

And to anyone who says PSU will be good this year - please click on the link.  I heard the "but they still have their defense" argument earlier today.  Yeah - with approximately half of their tackles returning - they sure do have that defense coming back.....
