VIDEO: Team 133's Last Practice, Picture Day, Hoke/Spurrier Presser

This is either today's game plan or a Schembechler quote from the early 1970s:

"Take care of the football ... can't give up big plays ... secure the ball ... keep the ball inside and in front and elimate big plays ... stop the run."

The ugly uniforms are ugly.

Those jerseys are rough. You can't have 3 main colors. 2 main colors, and a third for outlining. It looks like some god awful pro bowl jersey or something.

to put the Jersey controversy in perspective.
I think it was Rational Buckeye that said something like:  "You guys have one of the most, famous, good looking (home) uniforms in all of college sports; you're given home field status for your national bowl game and you trot out these abominations instead."

Oh well  love the sound of NorTHfleet's motivation, hope he's been studying hard.

the punishment is that we have to keep wearing those nightmares.  if one of the players turns the ball over during the game, he's got to wear that uni during spring practices.  those are cursed, weak uni's.  maybe they will blind so carolina.

The highlighter yellow on the numbers reminds me I need more highlighters at the office tomorrow. If they win, it will be at least an acceptable uniform.

David Brandon needs to sit down and decide on what "maize" color are we going to stick with.I was fine with the matte blue change on the helmet but the jerseys are so meh.

Where's the photoshopped picture around here of the unis with blue numbers and maize trim?  I really think those would have been much better, if we absolutely had to have alternates.

No wonder the Photo Day video focuses on Beckmann and keeps the guys in the distant background.  Not only ugly and painful for the eyes, but unflattering.   Is it possible the shoulder pads will help?

Love the Beckmann interview.  Encouraging to think all the Norfleet talk is less about DB desperation and more about Fleet himself.  "Mattison loves him."  And what Mattison wants, Mattison gets.
