I hope Mattison, like Dick LeBeau, coaches into his mid-70's.
And I hope Wellman puts Hoke and especially Borges on conditioning and diet programs that will improve their health as their bodies wage war with the effects of the typical Western diet.
Heart disease is the number one killer in America. Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of heart disease and obesity is a huge risk factor.
It's no joke.
