An upgrade idea

I realize any upgrade/change takes times, so I'm obviously not clamoring for an immediate change, but would anyone like the ability to "bookmark" a particular commenter/diarist (really, I'm thinking diarist)? For instance, TomVH's posts are great, but I find that they're rarely commented on, so they tend to slide down the page and get buried relatively quickly. Similar with some of drexel's posts. Would it be useful, at all, for anyone to have the ability to make TomVH, for instance a "favorite diarist" or something, so the site would somehow bookmark his posts (or any author of your choosing) in a convenient little place? That way, if, (god forbid) I don't logon to MGoBlog for a day, the, IMO, prime content is still relatively easy to find. I'm not sure this is even possible.

Six Zero

Dude, you could be six feet underwater, in the darkest depths of the untamed African jungle, three hundred miles upstream from fresh water, without a paddle, nine hundred miles from the nearest road sign to civilization, buried in quicksand to your hamstrings, penniless, hopeless, near-winless (see Notre Dame '07), delirious, panic-stricken, lost without a compass, at the mercy of a moonless night, at the mercy of East Lansing time management officials, being stalked by rabid wildebeest, cold, tired, hungry, feverish, blind, thirsty, and armed with nothing but a paper clip, a Leatherman tool, and the awe-inspiring words of Mike Barwis...

...and I'm sure you'd find a way to check the latest updates on Threet's elbow, or (even better) putting some lame wanna-be poster in his place.  Hey, it's what you do.

And, of course, the site wouldn't be the same without ya...
