UMBIG11 on 247: "Gary news continues to flow in a positive direction"
I won't post screenshots because I don't know if that's allowed, but he says it's trending in a good direction. He agrees with another user, "BigShooter1", who supposedly has a good source saying that Gary has been practicing this week and is "going hard." He expects Gary to play, but it didn't specify whether this means he will play against MSU or just "he will play at some point this season."

I mean, if he's going to take the rest of the season off anyways, why not play the first play against Sparty and commit the most Uber-targeting QB hit possible? Then walk off the field like Marcus Hall, with hundreds--possibly even thousands--of Sparty fans screaming as he leaves the field.

Careful, the mods at 247 consider this "stealing" info from their board even though it's info from users not employed by 247. But apparently, they don't care when their insiders they employ post info that MGoBlog uses in the Recruiting Roundup. I'm being completely reckless with that hawt take but I really believe there was some inner back and forth with Gary and coaches on getting back on the field or just sitting the rest of the year.
Coaches were like you've been cleared now play and Gary wasn't sure if he wanted to risk it. Just my gut feeling which isn't anything.

He certainly has been interesting recently. Seemed like he had good insider info for a long while, then had a week or two of seeming to bash the coaches, then came back around and since then his insidery-ness seems to be in question.
