I was about to comment on this. There are a bunch of clowns commenting on recruits and film. I almost said everyone except Brian Ace and Magnus need to stop pretending they can break down film. You beat me to it.

Did I say that you were taking away my freedom? That's a huge jump. You did jump on my assessment, in my assessment. Played and watched plenty of football, with plenty of family members coaching the sport. But if you're going to reply to my comment with a full insinuation that my fil eval was wrong, then i think my response was appropriate.

At evaluating people. At 6'"2, against the competition in his film, he uses his arms a lot. Watched his film last week. Running backs and QBs, he arm tackles most of the time. Far be it for me to have some criticism that doesn't just fall in love with every recruit.

Gonna agree with Broadneck here, just watched his film for the first time and he has a tendency to either arm tackle or jump on their back and drag/spin them down.  Stark contrtast to Jones, whom I love and am very dissapointed to lose to ND if you haven't caught it the first half dozen times I mentioned it, who plays downhill and drives through the ball carrier.

Uche looks very athletic though and covers a lot of ground.  Coaches will probably add some weight and let it play itself out.

But man, I really wanted Jones more than either of these two. Oh well.

To be fair the title of the post that said everyone will remain silent was explicit and all the info was in the title.  While the rertraction was in a generic titled post about NSD that could have been about anything.  Sometimes people just scan headlines quickly if you know they have a life.  When I saw the Lorenz post title I thought it would be an explanation of how the 2 hour extravaganze would go down and who would attend, etc.

I hope this doesn't get in the way of the usual people flaming WD for no apparent reason, but does anyone have any eval on Josh Uche? Elysee I know about, but I really don't know the slightest thing about Uche. Have any of our usual pros like Magnus or Alum96 had anything to say, or has anyone got thoughts just based on film or whatever?

If nothing else, I think Elysee finishs second to McDoom for NOTY. And I'm a fan of his game for sure.
