I already reposted...I'm not replying to yours (like everyone did to mine) so you can delete. Hopefully I mod can delete my first post in "rich text" format so we can keep this thread as clean as possible.

@Balas_Wolverine: Recruits are lining up saying they're planning visits to Michigan at the mention of Jim Harbaugh. #suddenimpact #JimHarbaugh #HeComin

Has Drew Sharp posted a column yet about how hiring Harbaugh is bad b/c it shows Michigan is still stuck in the past without mentioning his W-L record, success of program building in college and pro, and energy he brings to the team?

Jim Harbaugh to Michigan easily ranks with Saban to Alabama and Meyer to Ohio State recently in terms of Mount Rushmore hires.

I hate his biased ass. But at least he concedes this is huge.

Ive never really understood the SEC hate from teams/conferences that arent from the south.

We are not direct competitors with any SEC teams unless we play them in a playoff game/non-conference game. I guess recruiting can be impacted by SEC teams, but thats about it. There is really no other place where Michigan (or any other team/conference that isnt based in the south) battles directly against SEC teams. There is no geoprphical reason for hate.

Really, the only reason to hate the SEC was their streak in the BCS, which is now over. After that ended, I was kinda over the whole "hate the SEC" thing. It is actually a very entertaining conference to follow
