Per TVH: Zach Harrison likely to decide this Wednesday
around noon via twitter. Tom mentioned later that he'll unlock his account that day so we can refresh his twitter account all morning.
Five-star defensive end Zach Harrison said he will likely tweet out his commitment at some point close to noon on Wednesday and fax in his national letter of intent.

Correct (edit: for replies) although if he's smart then he'll quickly make his twitter private again after he tweets it out, as by then the'll be thousands of retweets anyway including from every recruiting guy in the nation.
To answer your last question - Technically the recruiting and media guys I assume don't have access to his tweets as of now when it's privatized either so he's just giving a chance for it to get out to the main-stream.

Well, kinda. Going private allows you to restrict who gets to see your own tweets. So by unlocking, he let's the world see his announcement that would normally only be seen by his approved followers.
But any idiot can tweet at him right now and he'll see it. Unlocking doesn't change that.

He is an early enrollee. OSU insider, Bill Kurelic posted this information last week. He also said it’s between PSU and OSU, leaning PSU. Apparently he wants to leave the area and it would have been Michigan but something changed right before Thanksgiving. Who knows if this guy knows what he’s talking about either. Let’s hope not.
