Tuesday Night NCAAFB Open Thread

Just got home to find Ohio up 21-7 over Buffalo with about 2 minutes left in the half. Figures that I compliment Turner Gill as one of the must underpaid coaches. This game was either Pick'em or Buffalo -1/-1.5. Game's not over yet. Buffalo looked pretty good last week. We'll see how they finish.

Tuesday was interactive Tuesday last year with lots of fan comments and videos worked in. It was horrible, but having the games was awesome. The last season or two has been MAC Tuesday, BigEast Thursday, and WAC Friday. The SEC has jumped on the Thursday bandwagon a little bit more this season. Wednesday has definitely gotten more exposure this season, with games it almost every other week.

Watching the 1998 Rose Bowl on BTN. Our current guys need to watch this over and over again. Seeing UM winning a national championship is really cool...even though I have seen this game dozens of times (including being there). Also very cool to see Tom Brady congratulate Brian Griese after a 58 yd TD pass to Tai Streets. It wasn't that long ago!

I'm not a huge fan of the spikes over the TOs, but I can see some logic in this. They're having to throw over the middle so much. They need to save at least one in case they have to kick a FG. Getting really close to a sack on quite a few plays.
