Did anyone else see the free press article stating that Gray committed to Michigan? It was posted around 2pm today. I have not seen any other confirmation concerning any decision by Gray.
I googled Eric Gray and that popped up but when I clicked on it the page said it was unavailable. Perhaps the Freep jumped the gun? Would the Freep incorrectly report something involving Michigan football? Has that ever happened before?

My guess is, since Michigan is a heavy favorite to land Gray, the Freep has a story ready to go so when it becomes official they can have it online within seconds. Since no one else has reported it as official yet someone, somewhere, at Freep.com probably accidentally published it early and then had to pull it down. It happens.

The Freep did the same thing a couple of weeks ago, with one of the committapolooza guys - though I forget who. They published the story a little early, then pulled it down. The Freep's editorial control is lacking in integrity... (Go figure!)
