TomVH's interview with Shane Morris
I'm really liking WolverineNation so far. Here is video of TomVH interviewing 2013 commit Shane Morris.
A few drills are shown showcasing Morris' footwork and armstrength, including an 80 yard bomb and an around the back (sort of?) pass. Show off...

and he's going to get bigger and better.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:30 PM ^
It's OK. I mean he could only get the ball to the endzone from his own 20 yard line? Eh.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:49 PM ^
Actually he got it 8 yards deep into the endzone, it's probably OK.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:32 PM ^
Did that dude seriously just throw it 25 yards behind his back to the reciever? Welcome to Michigan, Son...welcome indeed!

Borges needs to find a way to write this into the playbook.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:33 PM ^
That 50 yard pass from a knee is going to be helpful when running up the score in the first half.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:33 PM ^
Those last 2 throws made my jaw drop.
September 7th, 2011 at 8:35 PM ^
even more when you think about it, he's going to be a 5-star QB, probably #1 in the 2013 class, in a year where we desperately need WRs. I also liked the drills he was doing, definately more of what I have seen at college practices than at the high-school level.

Damn, I saw the TomVH at the begining of the title and got so happy that I just rushed in here thinking for some odd reason he had come back to us! Unfortunately this was like opening a package at christmas only to find out you got socks. It is useful in an everyday sense but just lacked the suprise factor I was hoping for! Oh well. Good post anyway op. Thanks.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:38 PM ^
Haha I actually thought of that when I was writing the title because I do the same thing when I see "TomVH." I figured the lack of a colon after his name would at least damper any false hope. Sorry for the socks.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:59 PM ^
...and only saw "TomVH" and "lack of a colon", so I shockingly thought that TomVH doesn't have a colon. I would willingly donate my colon to TomVH in a heartbeat. Just say the word, and I'll pack my duodenum in a cooler and send it via overnight mail.
BTW, Shane Morris' arm strength is beyond legendary. Please schedule an away game at Colorado just so we can score a 70+ yd in-the-air TD pass as time expires for a little Kordell Steward payback (it's OK if we're up 35-14 at the time...I just want a TD catch from an insanely long distance for karma's sake).
September 7th, 2011 at 5:40 PM ^
Although I'm sure its the thought that counts...
September 7th, 2011 at 9:23 PM ^
My bad. I was so excited to use the word "duodenum" that I failed to properly think through proper human anatomy. TomVH can therefore have my sigmoid colon. So there.
It's also refreshing to see a rectum visual posted on MGoBlog during ND week. Don't know why, but it just is.

Boy, it is weird as fuck seeing my alma mater on ESPN.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:44 PM ^
Me too. Go Pilots!
class of 02
September 7th, 2011 at 7:38 PM ^
Hells yeah, class of '07 right here.
September 7th, 2011 at 9:22 PM ^
Can't wait to see a Pilot leading the Michigan offense! Kid has skills.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:35 PM ^
that kid should get his arm insured for a large amount of money asap.
because it has the potential to make him an ass-load of dinero.
September 7th, 2011 at 4:38 PM ^
Or, as they say in Mexico, "moneyo."
September 7th, 2011 at 4:46 PM ^
I gotta say ESPN made a genius move signing TomVH, and we the same for getting this kid. Go Blue!
September 7th, 2011 at 4:59 PM ^
ummm was that an 88 yard pass? and he is barely a junior?
September 7th, 2011 at 5:03 PM ^
Can't wait to see him on the field in a few years
September 7th, 2011 at 5:06 PM ^
Thank God that Hoke got on Shane early (and that he grew up a UM fan) because if he didn't, this kid's recruitment was going to blow up.
September 7th, 2011 at 7:04 PM ^
All Hoke had to do was extend the offer as he always dreamed of coming to AA. As has been the case so many times already in his tenure, ideal timing once again for Coach.
September 7th, 2011 at 9:45 PM ^
His recruitment was in high gear already - some other big schools were after him and he has NFL quarterback coaches after him.
September 7th, 2011 at 5:22 PM ^
Wow... Fucking WOW!
September 7th, 2011 at 5:31 PM ^
I think I might hate you all for talking up the video only to find out that I cannot view it here at work. Damn firewall! Its ruining my life!
September 7th, 2011 at 6:22 PM ^
Please ignore this post. Work PC is acting up
September 7th, 2011 at 6:29 PM ^
has got a freakin' cannon! I remember how stoked I was when Gardner committed. Hard to believe he was so highly rated and is barely talked about right now. I know his time is coming and I'm excited for him, but it's hard not to look ahead to Shane!
September 7th, 2011 at 6:56 PM ^
This kid has me anticipating the arrival of the dream Michigan QB again. I last felt this when Drew Henson committed - and we all know how that turned out. Hopefully, Shane "Michigan Man" Morris will fulfill The Dream. Shane just has amazing mechanics. And imagine when he enrolls at Michigan and he's filled out. Dam!
September 7th, 2011 at 8:15 PM ^
He's gotta Jamarcus Russell-type arm.
September 7th, 2011 at 8:17 PM ^
Wow. 2015 can't get here fast enough.
September 7th, 2011 at 8:47 PM ^
His arm is rediculous...
September 8th, 2011 at 1:29 AM ^
When was the last time we had a left-handed starter at QB?
