  1. Hire Mel Pearson.
     
  2. Expand the Maize Rage 
     
  3. Remove the ads on the Michigan Stadium concourse pillars, free our poor baskets of this leftover stuff....

 

In other words, Mr. Manuel........tear DOWN those ads.

I would say extend Harbaugh but Hackett is likely to get that done before Warde officially takes over in March.

Build a Michigan Athletic Museum.

Commence a plan to expand Michigan Stadium (enclosing it like Lambeau), making sure we always have the largest stadium. I've heard rumors that Texas will soon announce plans to expand DKR to 115,000.

Most important... keep Harbaugh forever!

The new AD could change. New play by play for football, Brandy is a good #2, but need a new play by play. Better sound in the upper bowl at Crisler. Could hardly hear or understand the announcer over the speaker system. Crosswalk over the street from the golf course to Crisler. Upper deck in one end zone.

Alternate the MSU OSU home games. Need one of those games at home each year otherwise the home schedule will be shit each year unless you plan on throwing Alabama/ND/USC/Texas on the home schedule every year.

Get rid of that god damn noodle.

Continue making investments in non revenue sports. One thing DB did that I really did appreciate.

Keenan open dialogue with students.

Expand Maize Rage if at all possible.

and get in shape.  I am a strong believer that you need to practice what you preach.  Obesity can be seen as a lack of discipline and self control, and while that may not matter as much in other leadership roles, as an athletic director, I think physical health should be a priority.

I feel the same about coaches, and never liked what a slob Hoke was and it unfortunately totally fit his unprepared coaching style.

Seriously,  I hate this the most. 

It is fantastic that they have given so much $$$ and support over the years, but Damn,

the Head Coach of Football for the U of M should be untouchable no matter

the gift amount.

Name something else after them, putting their names in the title

is and will always be pure self-absorbed Bullshit!   True Fans of

the program wouldn't dare cheapen the name like this.  Must've

been a Dave Brandon idea to cheapen the brand.
