Just because the site has been clean for a few hours, I'm not sure mindlessly clicking through warnings or using IE to pretend they aren't there is a good idea. As long as there are ads on the site, there is a potential for malicious scripts. All of them are designed to exploit Windows and they don't care what browser you use.

I don't know, I use I.E. and Microsoft security essentials and I never so much as had a hiccup
