"Team 132"
This year's 132nd rendition of the Wolverines, were reminded so by new Coach Brady Hoke who penned the nomer "Team 132". The team adopted this nickname and took it to heart. Will this be a start of a new tradition at Michigan? Every team is now known as it's own year: Team 132, Team 133.....Team 1123?

Hmm, I've not heard it much before. Possibly something that was there that got main-streamed this year? I definitely like it and hope to hear it more in the future!

The first time I recall seeing it was after the (M)NC season in 1997. I was reading an article about an interview with some old-time player and he was quoted as saying something like, "the boys of the 118th sure did pretty good, didn't they?"

I think calling this "Team 132" is trying to connect the current team to the rest of Michigan's history. I think it's a neat idea.

I think its demeaning to call them "Team 132", is this assuming they aren't number 1, what the hell is this shit.. have we no respect like our coach who calls that school down south "Ohio", I just can not believe that fat slob of a man who thinks hes worth a damn, I am ashamed of how classless this is.
