Forgot about that one. Eh oh well. The point should be that in anonymous player polling, year after year he is labeled as the biggest complainer/pussy. You guys can say what you want about charities etc. Their agents and team push for these kinds of things. It helps them look good in public eye. When we played them at SSM he was a bigger pussy then. He had one assist.
I'm not sure why NHL centers give him so much room he doesn't have hands like a dangler does. Geno is the best player on that team when he feels like showing up.
Crosby has a lot of talent but almost zero respect from peers.

Yeah that's why he's won the Messier Leadership award and two Pearsons. Because his peers have no respect for him. Theyve only voted him as the most outstanding player twice (probably about to get his third), and your guys Captain Y and Babcock made him the Captain of team Canada in Sochi. But yeah he gets no respect from his peers.

"Detroit logic." Trashing Detroit teams on a MICHIGAN blog. I guess I fail to see any logic in that. People from other states go to/root for the University of Michigan, I get it. The majority of people that go to/root for the University of Michigan are from Michigan. The majority of those Michigan fans also root for Detroit teams. Tread lightly my friend.

Detroit might lose to Boston, but they won't get swept. The Red Wings always come to play in the post season though, as evidenced by last season. They're weren't a very good team last year, but STILL got to the playoffs and should have defeated those bastard Blackhawks, but they choked, which is what happens sometimes. Don't be surprised, however, if the Red Wings beat the Bruins.

LS And Play

I have always despised this argument. Same with the college basketball fans who think the refs should "let them play" in the last minute of the game, and it just turns into a hack fest. A foul is a foul. A penalty is a penalty, regardless of whether it's the regular season or the playoffs. As to Pittsburgh fans in general, that may be true, but live that looked like a very clear interference call, so I just didn't understand the booing.

Pure offense? Probably Ovechkin, or at least it's damn close. All around player, in terms of pure skill? Possibly Datsyuk. That guy makes magic with the puck on his stick, and actually hustles back on defense too.

Crosby's pretty clearly in the top 5 players in the NHL right now, had a fantastic season, and that's not arguable.
