Huge performance from our senio-oh that's right, JUNIORS- who played like seniors today. Players like Smotrycz and Morgan are going to play so much better with 3 more leaderish guys out there like we had today instead of the 1.5-2.5 we've been geting a lot.

Compare that to what Sparty got today.

"I thought they didn't care abou basketball anyways that's what I've heard all these years, "we're a football school" so now they scrapped football and went to hockey and basketball."

Isn't that what all these sparty fans are doing now that they've lost in basketball? They used to say "Oh yeah, well your basketball team sucks!!" and "we're a basketball school" everytime we would gloat after beating them in football.

That being said, I think we need to be careful that we don't turn into what we dispise about Sparty fans: Gloating over 1 win per X amount of time and trying to get more mileage out of a win than what it's worth. The win is awesome but I think we need to really stay classier than what they have been to us when we have been down in football.

I am so happy with the results for tonight.  The tide has now turned.  I remember telling some friends after the Big Chill game, Michigan is back.  I realize sports don't carry over to each other, but everything seems to be shifting Michigan's way.  I mean, they never had hockey, we just won in basketball, which we all know is "their" sport, and football isn't look bad either

What's up with the occasional Michigan fans there throwing in "I can't believe we won, either" comments?  Leave them alone to wallow in their misery.  Their board is more fun to read without our input, anyway.
