Some much needed guidance from Bo Schembechler

Sorry if this was posted. I just think this is a good time to look back on what Bo said awhile ago. ‎"When your team is winning, be ready to be tough, because winning can make you soft. On the other hand, when your team is losing, stick by them. Keep believing." - Bo Schembechler Bo

unlimited practice time (well, limited by the 24 hours in the day, not by the NCAA)

~115 scholarships his first 8 years. It dropped to 95 after that. RichRod has 85.

not having to face ridiculous spread offenses one week, pro-style attacks another

P.S. I saw Bo at LAX after UofM won the national championship in '97. I gave him a "GO BLUE" at the airport and he looked at me like I was crazy. At least I think that was Bo. RIP General Schembechler.

I propose a 24 hour freeze on all new threads.  Everyone needs to take 24 hours off.  Go to the park, walk the dog, spend time with your significant other, get some laundry done, whatever gets your mind off football.  That's what I am going to do.  See you in 24 hours.

It is actually a good idea. People on here are beyond emotionally invested. It probably has tired people out. The team will likely rest to heal for a couple days.  Might be cool to do the same.

We got three very winnable games coming up and this team will work to the bone for success. Much to be excited about.

I think Bo would approve of this offense.  It is a lot closer to his favorite scheme than the pro set was.  Bo would have loved to see Denard put up 500 yards and run for over 200.  On Michigan Replay, one of Bo's prevailing themes was that a team has to get better every week during the season.  With this team, I think he would have seen the potential for the defense to do exactly that because of its youth and inexperience.

Most of all, Bo would not be giving up on this season yet, as a lot of fans seem to be doing.
