Just days before Chad Carr lost his battle with brain cancer, ESPN came to Ann Arbor to document his story for a segment that was set to air on its Saturday morning College GameDay program.

The network announced that the feature will air Saturday, Nov. 28, at about 10:10 a.m., ahead of the Michigan-Ohio State game's noon kickoff.

Can you really call it a "dance" when all it is, is one dance move lasting all of about a second?   I think i still prefer the Worm as a celebratory dance for Michigan wide receivers.

"We were able to shoot a feature story with ESPN (three) days before our little Chad left us for his forever home in heaven," she wrote. "We made sure to let the producers know that we really wanted them to share the reality of DIPG and to help us create awareness."

This feature might be tough watch only because the news on Monday left me fending off tears at my desk at work (and I was ultimately unsuccessful), but I do admire the Carr family's drive to turn this into something which will hopefully prevent such unimaginable loss from happening to another family down the road.
