Semi OT: Tom Brady's first game back
For those who would like to see Tom Brady continue his success as an M alumnus, in his first game back from surgery he is 10 for 15 for 100 yards, 2 TDs, and 1 INT through 1 half. He is done for the day, and although this is the preseason (ugh) it is great to see him get back to form after such serious surgery.

Don't mean to be a db, but alumna is female. Alumnus is male. Thought that might be helpful for the future.
I think Brady will do pretty well this year, but I don't think I'll be taking him on my fantasy team.

Thanks, I'm a grammar freak and I missed that somehow.

Not a bad first game for Brady considering there was talk it could be a career ending injury. He had 1 int but I think it was jump ball type of pass deep down the sideline to Moss (I didn't see the video and I'm basing that on espn's play-by-play).

It was a deep pass (not sure who was the intended receiver), but it was a last-second deep throw to end the half.

I think it was right at the end of the 1st quarter. Brady was out of the game for the last possession of the 1st half (a couple of kneel downs)

...that since Tom Brady is "Michigan sports related," that this is on topic. Though that had to be balanced against "anything pro sports related," so I understand the semi-OT.
Good to have Tom back. Hopefully we can have as many Giselle camera shots as we used to get Deanna Favre shots during Packer/Jet games.

The Pats did a nice job of play calling and protection in giving Brady a chance to be safe and get back some of his feel to his game. He looked pretty good all things considered.
The NFL needs Tom Brady back and healthy.
