Second 2010 QB
You are Rich Rodriguez. Now that Devin Gardner has committed, (and assuming this remains true), you would be most excited to have the second quarterback in the 2010 class be:
a) Munchie Leguex
b) Jeffery Godrey
c) Conelius Jones
d) Other
Explain the reasoning behind your answer.
Tim Tebow. Explaination: He died for our sins.

Regardless of who he'd like, it's hard to imagine a top-end quarterback joining the fray with three four-stars (Forcier, Robinson, Gardner) already committed. It's going to be Malik Stokes, not that there's anything wrong with him... Just wait for it.
I'd be most excited to get Cornelius Jones, because he could switch to safety if the QB thing doesn't work out.
I think if DRob works out at qb whomever it is,if they want to see the field...they will have to be ready to move.
I know you're just tossing a few examples out there for 2010 QB's that we've established positive relationships with, but despite the likelihood of this QB along with Devon redshirting based on your list above Munchie would be out b/c I'm skeptical of the level of competition he faces, Godfrey is too small in my opinion, and Jones is too much of a project regardless of redshirting or not with just starting organized ball as a junior.
If I had to make a decision today it'd boil down to (2) targets Robert Bolden and Christian Green, but I'd give a slight edge to Green over Bolden. I will say that I like the measurables (i.e weight and height) of Bolden in comparison to Green, but the chance to establish yet another territory within the state of Florida outweighs this in my mind. Although, I would like to know if the schools recruiting Green are looking at him more so as a WR than as a QB, but in comparing the (2) offer sheets Green's far surpasses that of Bolden's. Finally I get the feeling that Bolden is a bit taken back by the competition he'd face @ Michigan with Tate, D-Rob, and Devon in the fold, and I'm assuming based on the level of competition Green faces in the state of Florida that this would be less of an issue.
Bolden doesn't want to come here, and Green wants to play WR. So I'm not even considering those guys.
Bolder b/c w/ Gardner, I figured he would go elsewhere. Besides, I recall him saying he desired a more conventional offense. I bet he goes to MSU.
And yes, I simply listed a few names as a point of departure.
Bolden wasn't high on Michigan even before Gardner committed. He doesn't want to play in a read option offense.
Munchie sounds like he is a better player than initially projected.

Give me the kid that wants to come here.
I am Rich Rod (is this like the "I am Tiger Woods" spots?). I can't decide because I am WAY too busy rolling around naked on my bed of money. 2.5 Mil per year makes a VERY nice bed.
Seriously, though, I would think UM is much more likely to get an "athlete" as it's second QB commit for 2010. Gardner is a QB all the way, as is Forcier, so I imagine the staff will want another D Rob-type who could switch to WR or DB. UM recently offered a QB/ATH from TX (Jeremy Johnson?) who is supposed to be pretty fast and is being recruited as a WR by some Big 12 programs.
Confirmed: I was thinking of Jeremy Johnson. Link to his Scout.com profile:

Johnson is who I was going to say. He's fine with competition and wants to play QB in a spread offense.
Either him or C Jones.
Munchie Legaeux, because of his name. Unless we can pull in Iris Macadangadang.
We already have her commitment locked up.
On an unrelated note, her email addy / uniqname is pretty sweet too.
You know you're good when a prominent company like Apple starts naming top selling products after you.
Logan88 on this one. That kid Johnson runs a 10.5 100 meters and he has the potential to play defense if QB does'nt pan out. He has that added value of two posistions for the price of one. He welcomes the competition. Competition at every posistion is the change in the program that USC has they have 2-3 five stars fighting for a starting spot. Yep Johnson is the one I'd choose.
I really hope for the qb spot to be locked up this year. If that be the case then DG can red-shirt a year and honestly with the exception of one 4 star a year I think that will give us the depth that we need to get going in the right direction. All of that being said I vote for Munchie for 2 reasons, #1; the kid has a very impressive list of offers (if I am not mistaken) and that may not mean much for a star rating but it tells me that coaches see a lot of potential in him, and #2; what a cool name I say get him just for the name factor if nothing else.
