Scott Shafer Surfaces, Sort of
Thanks to ebay, I was the winner of a unique Michigan football auction last week. What I did not know then and I do now (according to the tags of the shirts), all items previously belonged to Scott Shafer, last year's DC and self-proclaimed responsible party for the demise of the Michigan football program. Sadly, I have not found any notes as to how to undue his previous year's work.

He shouldn't be wearing extra large.

I would have been willing to pay twice that much.
All that for roughly 50 bucks.

That's a great deal

But like a typical ebay seller, they hosed you on shipping.

Those are adidas shirts for less than $5 a piece, shipping included. And that's a great deal even aside from the provenance.

I was at the Ann Arbor Salvation Army over on State St. and inside the door there was a coat rack covered in Michigan womens basketball polo shirts, jackets, sweater vests, all sorts of fun stuff like that...
And guess who had been fired the week before? Cheryl Burnett.

Yeah, it looks like in one of the pics you can still see "Shafer" written on the shirt tag:

Lucky!!
will you take $20 for one of the blue shirts (looks like there's 4 of them)?
I've gotten a few coaching items off of ebay...mainly a jacket and sweater from the Moeller administration. I've also found several game jerseys, and one practice helmet. You can find things, it just takes time.
Your haul, however, is something else.
Quite jealous, I am!
