Sam just put in a Crystal Ball for Cornelius Johnson.  No gut feeling but a Crystal Ball is better than nothing.

My wife and I walked out of Young Einstein.

Also, took my two oldest kids to see the first Pokemon movie in 1998.  They were 4 and 6.  I didn't walk out as that could have been worse for my kids (who were so happy to be seeing it) psychologically than say...killing kittens in front of them, but that movie was so bad.

Nice. I'm really high on this kid. He could be like another Tarik Black on the roster.

On a separate note, I wonder if Michigan will push for some backup options on the D-line post signing day. It's a big D-line class as it is, but it made sense to push for Harrison and Karlaftis since they are elite talents. Would they do the same if they are recruiting kids that have potential, but are projects?

I'm sure they will, but it probably won't solve the short-term problem for next year.  They basically have a couple starters with flaws at DT and then freshmen.  Throwing more freshmen at that isn't going to do much.

Need to hope for a big leap in run defense from Dwumfour, further development from Kemp and a surprise or two out of Jeter, Welchof, Upshaw or someone.

The current freshmen committed (Hinton and Smith) project to be about as good as freshmen reasonably could be...but they'll still be freshmen.  Any productive minutes would be a bonus.

No slight on this young man but I venture with the past couple days of developments everyone is just apathetic to football and recruiting...count me in that category.

So if we get Johnson, lose out on Harrison, not sure who else we are going to realistically get.

Johnson puts us at 26 commits, everyone is speculating we take 29-30 this class.

Deloach is staying with FSU. I just haven't heard any other names we are in on, except the Longshot of getting Dax Hill back.

Who knows where these other 3-4 commits come from, unless we have ppl we pursue between now and February

Maybe Miami cooled on him, but he'd be their 6th or 7th highest-rated commit in a class that isn't particularly impressive and, as you noted, lost some commits recently.  That doesn't mean this isn't sort of mutual, but like OSU when Harrison looked like he was going to UM that feels like a bit of revisionist history by the Canes.

Seriously guy get the F out of here with that.  Don’t know where your going with it but it’s not funny. You can look at my posting history all you want and it’s been mostly positive and appropriate so don’t try to throw me in some Shawn L Martin shit because you disagree with something I’ve said.
