I didn't think of that.

I just get concerned over these issues when you hear people like Darius Morris (and Morgan and Hardaway) talking about all of the backlash he got on FB and Twitter over his decision to go pro. Some people don't seem mature enough to deal with these issues and then feel like commenting on these kids FBs or Twitter accounts. Just annoys me how people have to hang on to Michigan related issues that much (so says the guy on a Michigan blog).

That's a bit much.  We're smart people on the mgoboard, but we're not decoders nor do we have the time to try and figure that out.  Simplify my man, simplify.

As soon as I posted it I noticed it was screwed up.  I had to convert it to an image to fix.  You guys are awefully fast with the critiques.

They aren't dumb, they know twitter is public and that many people follow it.  If you were standing next to Ringer and Wormley while they were having this discussion, would you cover your ears so they can live their lives?  Or if someone was telling you what they heard would you stop them and say, "hey, don't tell me what Ringer and Wormley were talking about while standing next to them at a sandwich place." Come on's not that big of deal is it?

to meet, go out, make plans before cells phones and the net.  How did we ever survive?  Seems to me we still had alot of fun in a more personal time.

I love watching 40-year-olds struggling to adapt to new technology.  What, are you still having trouble understanding how an airplane flies? :p

I can't figure out why a normal person would want Twitter. I can see a celebrity or a band having an account to try and expand their fan base, but I can't imagine broadcasting my life to the general population in 140 character snippets. It just doesn't make sense to me. I also can't figure out how Twitter plans to make money.

I get Facebook, I live a couple thousand miles from home, so it's nice to share in my friends' lives a little from a distance, so I'm not totally out of it--just mostly out of it.
