Revised NCAA BBall rankings have M in top 10
Well it looks like we can't play the sleeper in the Big Ten next year. Kansas should write Memphis/Kentucky a thank you note.

I don't know if it's deserved, but it's fine with me. (IMO, the "hunter/hunted" stuff is a bunch of media nonsense.) Beilein can use this as a selling point to recruits. Two years ago we went 10-22; now we're being called a top 10 team.
This is silly. I like it, but it is silly.
Just seeing us ranked ahead of Duke in a B-Ball poll on ESPN is fine with me, I don't think I've ever seen anything like this. Almost brings a tear to my eye...
might as well be now. There's a big difference between being a not so respected hunter versus a respected hunted, hopefully the guys are up to the task.
I think realistically we should be in the 15-19 range. I hope the team can prove me wrong.
Maybe it's just the past decade wearing on me, but I'm worried that they'll prove you wrong in a bad way rather than the way Andy Katz thinks.
Absurdly awesome. But still. Absurd.
It does seems silly, but I expect them to at least make it to the Sweet 16, so maybe it's right in line. I know rankings don't work that way, but whatever.
Yeah I saw this earlier and I was surprised we moved up since Katz's last ridiculously early top 25. I'd agree with tomkenic that we are more in the 15-19 range though. I'll take any positive hype on the bball team though. It's been a while. I will say that this is looking like one of the better bball teams michigan has had since the fab five era. A few years ago when we had horton and abrams was good too (I believe along with Air Georgia who almost won the college dunk contest), but not as good as this.
Can't say that I was expecting this. Looks like Katz thinks the team will be aboverage next season.
This is great - I could not remember a time when Michigan was top tier nationally. It looks like they might be soon.

The Big 10 is going to be an absolute bloodbath next year...
