Representing at the Friendly Confines

Having never been to Wrigley, my Dad took his "boys" to his first game this past Thursday,  July 31.

Get-away game, so early start.  We did the tour the Cubs offer prior to the game.  Worth every penny.  Recommend it to Wrigley first-timers and veterans alike.  Sat in left field bleachers.  3-1 Cubs win.  Old Style and Chicago dogs.  Great father-son outing.

Wore a Michigan shirt and got several fist bumps, high fives and shouts of "Go Blue!" all day.  Have always read about the strong Maize and Blue following in Chicago, so this was incredible to experience it firsthand.  Other than while waiting in line for some more Old Style- taking shit from 2 Wisconsin fans (totally drunk), 1 Ohio fan (drooling mouth-breather) and 1 Staee fan (my own dad, I regretfully admit) at the same time- was a great day for Michigan and the Cubbies.
