Replica Jerseys for Christmas in 1985
Did anybody pay $149.99 for an authentic team jersey this Christmas????
You should've jumped into your DeLorean and travelled back to 1985, where you could order a Michigan away jersey for the sweet price of...
$12.99!!
Check out block "C" on this page of the 1985 Sears Wish Book for all your Michigan apparel needs, at a time before team merchandising became the monster it is today:

Tom, in my opinion your pure recruiting knowledge/awesome gives you the right to zing me.
Off topic, but question... how many years of eligibility would McPhee have left in A2 if he does sign?

That cardigan is awesome. The university seal is a nice touch.

That jersey appears to be 1981's equivalent to a Dave and Barry's jersey.

Dave and Barry's? Are those the guys that make those goofy pints of ice cream?

No, I think that's Dave & Buster's.

Nah, I think that's Tom & Jerry.

Yeah, I don't know how "authentic" this jersey really is. Though it's true that if you watch a game from the 1980s, it's striking how cheap-looking the uniforms were (and how ill-fitting the pads were, as well). Most players from that era looked like Frankenstein in them.
