Remember Jake Fisher?
Boredom has overtaken me and I was wondering where some old Michigan recruits landed and how they're doing, so a Google search of Jake Fisher brought me to this http://oregonduckfootballnews.com/featured/spring-practice-sophomore-ol… Would have been nice to have had him for depth last year but I'm sure Hoke would have wanted him to pack on 20 more pounds.
I only chose Fisher because he was a verbal then decommitted and actually got some playing time as a true freshman on the o-line which is rare especially at a BCS school. I also think he would have been a good fit for the size and athleticism of lineman Hoke and company are looking for. I will not research 494 recruits, I do have to be somewhat productive at work lol
Fisher is fine. DePreist, Hart and Clinton-Dix, on the other hand, are in for a world of hurt.
Fisher is playing in the type of offense that he would have signed on for at Michigan. He's getting what he wanted. If he had come to Michigan - he'd be training and playing a different style of football... one that is not without it's own merit.
I see aboslutely no reason why this thread even exists. Hate the post...
