QWash to DT?
Anyone else see this happening? He is the right size at 6'3" 315 and we have a shitton of OL + a billion RS Frosh coming in this year. I know he is a guard rather than a tackle (which we have more of), but any reason not to move him other than possible inexperience?

I think he will make a fine guard for us.

thinks he has a weight problem.

has a weight problem. Not really, but that guy has issues.

next question

Tate, Threet, Sheridan, Feagin, or CONER?

I think he stays at guard because the vast majority of Michigan's recent offensive line recruits have been tackles.

I would think that this absolutely solidifies that Big Will will be staying at DT.

and I'm happy about that. Those dancing skills would be wasted on the OL. He will be entertaining to watch after dropping Pryor 7 yards deep.

I also think Washington will stay at guard. We're short on DT's, but we're not in dire need. All of our DT's are pretty young, with the exception of Patterson, who will be a senior in 2009.

no one agrees. There was a mini PANIC over a lack of DTs all day. I'm sure a lot of it was unwarranted, but we are pretty thin. And QWash is basically the same size as Will, minus a couple inches in height.
I guess all will be OK as long as we pull some numbers in next year.
