Yeah, I think reporters should only ask softball questions like "What's your favorite pizza topping" and "It's so exciting, isn't it?" The kid is a major commit at a major program. And he handled the questions well.

I'm like Homer Simpson with the Venus Candy ("Sweeeeeeeet Venuuuss, urdghghghru") The way he looks off defenders, the pocket presence, the fact that he not only hits his receivers but puts the ball in a spot advantageous to the completion and in a difficult spot for defenders, the toughness, the arm strength, intelligence. GOOD GOD this kid has it all.
was that he called the MSU coaches himself to tell them that he had decided to go elsewhere. That's a tough phone call for anyone to make, and he didn't have to take the responsibility to do it himself, or to do it by phone rather than by mail or e-mail. He'd probably much rather take a few sacks than to have to have that conversation, and the fact that he faced up to it says a lot about his character. He doesn't have to worry, even if something were to happen and he could not play football at all, he'd be a fine addition to the University of Michigan.
