Movies before Y2K are they only ones worth watching. I think the only two good movies I watched this decade were The Departed and American Gangster. Hell, I'm not even sure they both are from this decade.

Well let's say your university did assistance for families making under $65k per year, as long as you were from their state and got accepted, free tuition. That's a long shot, I mean, only one public university does that. But if they did start it on January 1, 2018 say for instance like this University did, there's not a thing the NCAA or any other college program can say if a player would otherwise 100% get it.
There's also a difference between qualifying for something you might not get, and getting guaranteed aid because you meet the criteria. Michigan offers the latter, so yeah, Go Blue.

Harbaugh seems to offer a lot of PWOs. Wonder what the norm is for P5 schools. Hopefully another Jordan Kovacs emerges.

I say the more the merrier. With scholarship limits, early NFL departures, and the dreaded transfer portal we can always use more depth. Most of these guys won't see the field, but a few may play as 4th and 5th year players. I'm sure the coaches can also use the extra bodies during practice.

I agree. I like the added depth and the possibility of a walk-on having the opportunity to develop and contribute down the road. The transfer trend continues to grow, so you never know where you might end up on a depth chart in the future.
