Peppers post game interview

Peppers is the heart of this team and for the guys who said this was planned for him not to play, shame on you, you should feel really bad right now to question Peppers character like that. If Peppers should go to the NFL he should go down as one of Michigan's all time greats, throughout his time here at Michigan all we heard about was how he was the hardest working man everyday, he truly loves Michigan and his teammates. He's not overrated. I'm just sick of seeing Michigan's top players constantly going 0-4 and 0-3 against OSU. Its fucking tragic that Butt, Jd, and Peppers never beat OSU.

His coach sent him away.

If he did this 3 weeks ago and it wasn't a surprise? Yes. He should be down there (just like he was last year...so what is your motherfucking point? He's already shown he'd be there if he could).

But when it happens 24 hours before the game and you're not 100% sure you can't play and you warm up before the game...heavily wrapped, iced, pain meds, etc. - and you can't go? And then you're clearly pissed off and disheartened (as you should be)? Yes. You need to get away and get your shit together with Coach Bush Sr. while I figure out how in the hell I'm going to prepare this true freshman to play a position he's barely played all year and never in a D1 football game.

Go watch from up top, you've done what you can...and allow us coaches to coach.

It's a coaching decision - maybe some coaches want him there on the sideline trying be an emtional leader. But it's clear that this close to the game that's not what Harbaugh or anyone on the staff felt was best.

Again, just 1 year ago he was on the sidelines being the biggest cheerleader on the team!! He was mentoring, he was "rah rah"-ing, etc. So he's proven he's exactly the opposite of what you're saying/implying.

It's not speculation or hypothetical. He's proven it already.

These criticisms of Peppers are shameful. He has been a harding working team player who has been willing to do whatever the coaches have asked him to do without complaint. He didn't have a couple of days to deal with the disappointment; he thought he was going to be able to play up until gametime.

You mean like... playing? Probably because it's hard to be a speed/power guy on one leg. Or do you mean on the sidelines? Probably because Harbaugh sent him to the box. Maybe because he couldn't keep it together, because he was a distraction or for a bunch of other reasons.
